FEES FOR 2009-2010:

One-time admissions testing fee for new student: $25.00

Pre-Kindergarten: (two days a week)

Registration: $150.00 Tuition: $1650.00

Kindergarten:

Registration: $250.00 Tuition: $2750.00

Grades 1—8:

Registration: $300.00 Tuition: $3300.00

You may pay your registration fees for the next year in June and pay your tuition over the next ten months (August-May) or over twelve months (June-May) at no extra cost. Tuition is due on or before the fifteenth of each month. If tuition is paid in full by August 1, 2009, Christ Presbyterian School will be able to give a 10% discount.

Christ Presbyterian School Overdue Tuition/Fees Policy

 1.       In the event tuition/fees are not paid before the 15^th day of the month due, the headmaster, or school administration will send a tuition/fee reminder letter to all applicable families. This will be done no later than the 15^th day of the month and will indicate any assessment of late payment fees. Late fees for overdue tuition will be in the amount of $15.00.

2.       If tuition/fees are still not paid, or written arrangements are not made within 30 days of the date due, the school board will personally contact the students' parents or responsible party. The essential elements or agreements made at that time will be signed, recorded, and filed.

3.       Should payment of tuition/fees still not be received within 45 days of the due date, a pending expulsion notice will be sent to the students’ parents or responsible party.

4.       If after all the efforts noted above have been exercised and a period of 60 days has elapsed from the due date, without payment or written arrangements, the school board will inform the family that their student(s) are expelled for non-payment of fees.
